Terms of Service

By booking a session or purchasing photography services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Booking & Payment

All sessions require a non-refundable retainer to secure the date unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance is due by the session date. Prices, packages, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the retainer. Weather-related reschedules are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Copyright & Usage

The photographer retains full copyright to all images. Clients are granted a personal use license for delivered photos. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered digitally within the timeframe stated at booking. Unedited or RAW images are not provided.

Model Release

The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client submits a written request opting out prior to the session.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for cooperation and timely arrival. The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to client lateness, uncooperative subjects, or circumstances beyond control.

Liability

The photographer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during sessions. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

Satisfaction & Artistic Style

By booking, clients acknowledge they are familiar with the photographer’s style and accept artistic discretion in editing, composition, and final image selection.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
